Standish Management and Alpha Alt Fund Services Establishes Cayman Islands Office and Identifies Financial Services Industry Veteran to Lead

Standish Management and Alpha Alt Fund Services are delighted to announce the launch of their new office in the Cayman Islands.

Standish Alpha Cayman will focus on providing clients with risk and compliance services for Cayman Funds. 

John Ferrari and a Cayman-based team will focus on providing registered office, FATCA and CRS services, and anti-money laundering (AML) services. AML services include acting as a fund’s Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer.  We are available to provide a suite of related compliance services, including review of shareholder subscriptions for compliance with Cayman Laws and Regulations, assistance with developing policies and procedures, and the design and implementation of an AML Framework.
